Disclaimer: I noticed there was a similar suggestion on frequencies and stuff, but that was in January. I would like to bring this suggestion back from the abyss and change it a little.

For starters, it gets really cluttered in the chat, and I mean really cluttered. It could be just me but idk. Messages go by very quickly, sometimes ATC may message you and you didn't have the time to react before it is already off screen.

So, what could be managed is to automatically assign each airport to a unique frequency, considering the span of num, bers t could be literally anything. ATC cannot change their frequency, this is to prevent confusion so someone doesn't join one, contact ATC, just for them to join another.

The frequencies for each airport could be shown on the map, below the airport name and ICAO code. As shown in the image.

a professional atc would assign themselves a freq in game already

In the image if its hard to see I added "176.5" for Gaston and "190" for Clarence Int. I believe this is very simple and straightforward, it could also or instead be added into the little menu when you click on the airport. If you click on the frequency it will automatically tune to the frequency.

This would reduce the clutter of chat and confusion, yes someone could assign themselves already but it would be hard to keep track of where they are when you're trying to land. This is also fairly beginner friendly as all they need to do is look at the frequency on the map, or click on it and set theirs to the freq automatically.

#

Frequency 10000 could remain as a "general chat" or "unicom" freq so people can converse and use it for communication purposes outside of controlled airspaces.

AeroATC has assigned frequencies for different things like tower, ground, approach, etc

#

for different airports as well

#

considering they're adding AeroATC routes and approach into the navigation system in an upcoming update I'd assume they'd continue using AeroATC stuff for future updates
