There was a A-90 in trello about in 2021-2022, forgotten, so I am here to remind
Its an Орленок, @woeful ingot, are you satisfied now?
This was suggested a loong time ago, but not given to omuch attention to it
A-90 Orlenok (eaglet) is a Russian Turboprop Ekranoplan used for beach assault and military transport even has wheels for ground landings and takeoffs.
Specs:
Maximum speed: 400 km/h (250 mph, 220 kn)
Range: 1,500 km (930 mi, 810 nmi) (IRL, it will be lowered in the game to about 200km i suppose)
Service ceiling: 3,000 m (9,800 ft)
Capacity: Crew: 6
Capacity: 150 personnel / 28,000 kg (61,729 lb)
In-game, I propose 30-35 capacity

Iits powered by 3 turboprops, so the lisence for it will be Milti-engine

It will be classified as GEV and Military transport/Cargo transport (access to "Military exercise" jobs).

Sold at: Novoaralsk (not Northiachev because it is currently in Moscow and actually found some use).
Rarity- Rare or Ultra rare

yeah there are 2 jets on the nose pointing down to provide compressed air for the ground effect

just like the lun-class and KM do

just like how the KM has the 2 small jets at the tail
