Hello. Recently, I've noticed something a tad bit annoying about the physics of the aircraft. Their yaw is kind of unrealistic and janky. In real life, there is something known as adverse yaw, which causes the aircraft to roll a bit as they yaw. In real life, pilots counter this with the ailerons, but I think we should still add it, to make the flight experience a bit more enjoyable. I know this sounds like an insignificant detail, but I believe it would make the flying experience much more realistic. When you turn right now, it feels more like a servo turning, rather than a plane. Considering the current flight mechanisms of the game, I don't think this would be too hard.
Another thing that annoys me is the rotational energy of an aircraft. Right now, any turns or tilts you make just suddenly stop when you stop pressing a key. This is a bit unrealistic, as planes are, in fact, quite heavy. So, it would be way more realistic if the plane kept some rotational energy, and kept turning just a bit after you stopped pressing the key. In-game, boats already handle this quite well, but I don't think it applies the same to planes. This would be a bit harder to implement, as the game currently doesn't know the mass of each aircraft, and so, the effect would be kind of hard to apply to all planes.
I am aware the developers are probably gonna reject this, as it would be way too hard to implement all the new physics, and the current game already has tons of other physics bugs, that will need ironing out before any new stuff can be added to it. However, I trust that one day, my suggestion, along with everyone else's, will be added.
That's all. Thanks for reading!
