maybe in order to draw more attention to an ongoing SAR operation, the game system could annouce it in chat similar to dealership and job refreshes. the system could probably list which airport is hosting the operation, and maybe the general direction of the operation, and also could potentially provide updates for the operation/whoever decides to join/leave

An example could be smthn like

additional ideas: active storms could also be broadcast as a little update, and maybe could affect pay and job time/difficulty depending on how intense they are. For example:

in the event the timer runs out the SAR operation could potentially get an extension of about 2.5-5 minutes, however there's a chance that if you do find the victims not all/none have survived their ordeal and the SAR operation becomes a recovery mission (with reduced pay.)
