In order for your proposal to be considered and have a chance at acceptance, ensure:
- It is provided as a document link. Google Docs, Canva, or Notion is recommended
- A logo is present
- A livery template is present
- Lore is complete
- A route list/ matrix is present
- A full fleet list/ matrix is present
These aren't required, but highly recommended- A banner, following size guidelines on the lore livery Trello
- Any in-game liveries (though this is not a substitute for a livery template)

In addition:- Submission cannot have a name or be exactly the same as IRL companies/brands, some modification would be required to distinguished them (a good rule of thumb would be having it at least 50%+ of the overall elements changed).
- Submission cannot be an airline that is currently actively run by a player in-game, any submission with this would require the airline to be disbanded first before submitting.
- Banned/Blacklisted users will not be able to submit any more submissions, with the exception of submissions that have been inserted in-game before the ban.
