In real life the stick shaker is supposed to warn the aircraft pilots that they are ABOUT to stall, not that they are currently stalling. This is so they can take measures to stop the stall beforehand, it should be the same in the game. It generally just seems kind of weird that you get a warning about stalling only while you're in the MIDDLE of stalling and have absolutely no control of your aircraft to even respond to the warning. This should be an extremely easy change to make and would improve quality of life.
Alternative if the stick shaker really needs to stay is you could add a seperate "Speed Speed" or "Stall Stall" warning.

The airbus stall chime looped for 5 minutes.
Is the loop perfect? Reply in the comments!
