The a380 itself is already too heavy even when you remove the seats and other passenger oriented areas and components
You cannot fill it with much before the aircraft becomes HIGHLY INNEFFICIENT

It physically cannot take off in any reasonable length of runway (aka it would need more than it would need to land) if above MTOW.
The A380 would be maybe 1/2 to 3/4 full before it is too heavy to fly safely
