New job type available to military transports, using the Fulton recovery system. There are things on the ground that need recovery, with a balloon floating in the air to notify you of the location. To recover the asset, you must fly into the recovery zone at the balloon at a certain speed (not too slow or you can't catch the wire of the balloon, not too fast or you'll snap the wire).
