We should add cloud seeding jobs into the game. Since we just got a new cloud and contrails update, why wouldn't we add cloud seeding? For example, if a player flies over a blue storm with a cloud seeding plane, the storms intensity would increase to yellow or something. Cloud seeding pods could be on the wings of planes, in advanced customizations or part of the default plane. Cloud seeding could also create weak storms, which could then be seeded MORE to become even more intense.
