The dusty and decrepit surface level of the junk heap, just north of the northern plains. Home to ancient relics and machinery; the purpose of which has been long lost.

Everything should be packed, the smoke is a bunch of static plains it seems, I just grabbed it with Ninja rip 2, so maybe use a texture coordinate node if you want to have it move? idk
