Crusader is Crew role simular to Medic but someting other.
His ability make target immune to ANY INTERACTIONS(bad and good) Target can't be Tracked/Shielded by Medic but also can't be killed.
Crusader's ability have limited time to use and limited charges to use.

And what is the disadvantage to this role?

i think for balance target also can't interact with other players by ability(like handcuff but you can report and meeting)
