I found that the best setup would be to have the two fans at the front be intake (there will be arrows on the fan frame that will show you with direction the air is flowing) the fan at the back as an exhaust and the two at the top of the case as exhaust. You mentioned you have an AIO, so the fans on the top of the case will blow the CPU heat out the top of the PC instead of towards the inside where some of it will then be pushed out the back, but eventually will raise your PC temps.

it looks like your AIO can only hold 2 fans, have that attached to the top of the case as an exhaust, and one fan in the back as exhaust, and two in the front as intake.
