Hello!

I'm just having trouble figuring out how to create my own 7TV emotes to add to my channel, and how to organize them into my own unique set (since I only want SOME 7tv emotes to work for my channel, not all of them you see in this image)

The main reason I'm asking is because every YouTube tutorial I see, seems to have a slightly different look than mine, and often has a "create emote set" button that just doesn't exist for me?

I basically want to make a set to add some global emotes to my channel, and also create my own so that Followers can use a small handful of my own unique emotes without Subscribing

Anyone able to help me out?

So I mentioned before that I do not have a "create new emote set" button so these don't really help me at all since they both assume that you do

And if I try to add one of the global emotes to my channel it requires me to choose a set to add it to, which it doesn't allow me to do

Go to your profile, select "Emote Sets" and click "Create New Set" in the top right

If you're unable to create one, you can wait for a 7TV mod to create it for you, as it may be bugged

Where would "Emote sets" as a button be located?

Ohh I see didn't realize you had to click your name a 2nd time in the drop down

Just curious what ar the tags for? I'm not sure if they're important really or not

Tags can be used to provide better context for the emote

So how do I get them to actually work for me? I have them set as my active emote set but then they don't actually work in Twitch itself

So services are disabled right now? How are many of my friends still able to use their custom emotes then?

Some users still see them working because emotes are cached locally, so they will continue to work unless the cache is cleared

I was basically just try to add my emote set into Twitch so the emotes actually work, but that's basically disabled for now?
