Can't add an editor to my 7tv account

Hi ! Hope you're doing well everyone ! I'm trying to add one of moderator as an editor to my 7TV account but the search bar don't find him.

He was able to send me an editor demand that i have accepted , but the reverse don't work.

Maybe it's because he just created his account and we need to wait a bit ?

can you send url to your friend 7tv profile?

I can add him manually
