I am trying to use the new extension on mac, in chrome, and cannot seem to transfer highlight rules.
I was not logged into the new extension, I was apparently signed out of the old extension (needed to sign in again but it recognized me). I logged into both, that did not carry over any cloud backup data (not that I expected any).
I tried doing "Backup" "Export" out of 3.1.21 and it created the file. I turned on the new extension, tried to import, and it doesn't seem to do anything. The highlight section is still blank ready to take on the first highlight rule.
I also tried looking through library extension files in hopes that there was a file somewhere that I could copy/paste between extensions, but to no avail.
I deleted the extension and re-added it, it recognized my user and was logged in, tried importing the json again, no noted changes
I am hoping there is a way to export and import the highlight rules.
Please let me know if there's any screen shots, or other info I can provide besides the basic info above.
