When I complete the onboarding, the extension options still look like this.

no one from the dev team gives a fuck about onboarding for extensions
so just close it

you can access 7tv extension settings on the platform of your choice. For example on twitch it will be in top right corner near your profile picture. Onboarding is just a one-time thing
