I have a couple of emotes that i uploaded last year, some of them are still unlisted and i assume they were rejected. But they don't break any guidelines. Is there any chance they could get reviewed again?

they were correctly unlisted. Unlisted emotes can still be used, just won't appear in search results and will be hidden/blurred if someone disables them.
First one is changing too rapidly and can cause distraction. For the next two we unlist all sexually suggestive emotes like that.
