not working in opera gx, not working in chrome, not working in firefox, not working in obs. it's getting me upset, i follow so many tips from so many ppl, they said "i follow this and it's working" i did the same, no working...

what you are talking about are Personal Emotes which is a subscriber feature

#

you can use up to 5 emotes across all channels (if they were approved for personal use)
