Problem with the avatar caused by the 7tv plugin

Hey, is anyone else having an issue with 7tv where it changed your profile avatar and my viewers see old old ones?
On Twitch, the settings show the current version, and it's even on the 7tv website, but with plugin on it displays the old version. When I uninstall the plugin, it works fine, but with the plugin installed, it switches to a old one.
