#I can't enable an emote set

Describe the issue
I know that editors on other channels can enable different emote sets on the channel if they have the rights. But I noticed that I don't have this option with any set of rights, not even a superadmin (screen 1). When I open the emote set, there is no "Enable" button with a lightning bolt icon that should be there (screen 2). In addition, if I click on the "Edit" button, I get an error about the lack of rights (screen 3).

Steps to Reproduce

On the streamer's account, grant superuser rights to the viewer's account.
On the viewer's account, accept the request for an editor.
On the viewer's account, open a emote set in the streamer's profile.

Expected Behavior
The first button should be the "Enable" button (screen 4).

that seems to be a bug on our side , i just tried it on an alt and im getting the exact same issue. @warped valve any fix for this ?
