hello, I'm just gonna get it out there. I'm very new to this. I have never really used 7tv. I don't stream or anything like that and I don't have any emotes or anything like that. I was just subscribing to get the name colors. Last month when I subscribed for the first time, it gave me access to like eight different ones in the cosmetic section. When they charged me for my new month, I went into my cosmetic section and everything was gone like I can't select any name colors or anything. Is there something that I'm missing like how can I get the different name colors so I can use them? That's really all I want and I'll subscribe for that. Can anyone help me? I'm sure there is someone.

i just did when i went back to the page 7tv login page i have bookmarked it said i was signed out so i clicked sign in with twitch
my name color is the one i had when i signed up again but i dont know how it was changed and my cosmetic section is empty

uhh your main connection changed since you probably unlinked your twitch connection possibly by mistake earier
you can go to https://7tv.app/settings and change your main connection to twitch
and therefore also profile picture will change to twitch one

i see i had this issue for the last week or so i just now sought help
i did notice my discord was saying ti wasnt connected but when i clicked it and authorized it said i was already logged in was that the issue
twitch and discord both are connected now

ye basically 7tv profile is not your twitch account, they're 2 seperate things. You can have 7tv profile with only discord connection, only kick connection etc
