Assistance accessing billing portal

I'd like to access my 7tv/stripe billing portal but it is linked to an email address that no longer exists.

Would just like some help with changing email address and/or sub cancellation.

(I have looked on the site for a support email but did not find one, if there is, i'll use that. Thank you)
