my redeem code for elis paint throws this error: [GraphQL] BAD_REQUEST redeem code not found
It worked at first but had a problem with my card at checkout so I closed the window and now it shows that when i click on redeem

you arent subscribed on 7tv, once you resub you will be able to see and use it (same with every other paint you've got)
