i tried both and it didnt work i never had a issue with uploading a emote before today it's just weird it's happening after the random emote suspension i got without warning

since your emote is currently 78x162 and 7tv emotes are 128 height, it gets resized to 44x128
44 width is too low
it needs to be more than ~65 from what i've tested

maybe it works differently for animated emotes
