I opened twitch today and I don't see the 7tv plug in on the twitch bar. I have cleared cookies and it still didn't work. I think it's because of this that my chat doesn't work properly but that could also be a twitch issue. The emotes show up but I think that's due to FFZ. I don't know how to replicate this issue as I opened twitch for the first time and it was broken.
