Describe the issue / feature
I gifted 6 subs 7 hours ago which should be in the 9AM GMT 13th - 16th 12 AM GMT timeframe but didn't get the badge and paint

Steps to Reproduce
gift 6 subs
no new cosmetics
wait a couple of hours
subscribe to 7tv
still didn't receive the paint and badge

Expected Behavior
I receive the badge and paint
