So sometimes when i open a VOD my computer just goes haywire. All fans go to 100%, my internet goes down (probably because of overheating) and then nothing hpapens.

I checked the console and also asked CGPT. It seems that in the vods, 7tv tries to assign every user with an emote. And they are so many so it just goes haywire.
I've tried disabling emotes in vod and stuff with no avail. Im at the point of needing to uninstall. I've tried other BTTV and such and it is the same. Dont know why just me get it any not many else.

This is spammed in console amongst other things:
[7TV] [DEBUG] <Cosmetics> Assigned Emote Set to user id=01JEY2SMVTRMC4ZHWCYKBA6M5R userID=119424311 (site/twitch.tv)

does this also happen with the 7tv/bttv/ffz extension disabled?

#

the log you provided is about personal emote sets, so it is normal that that would get spammed in an active chat

99% sure it would not happen with any of these extensions enabled.
Here is from AI that I talked to before:

Here is a concise summary of the issues identified in your logs:
Technical Issue Summary

Network Flooding (CORS/503 Errors): The 7TV extension enters a "death loop" where it attempts thousands of connection requests per second to failing servers. This overwhelms your network driver, causing your internet to drop.

CPU Spikes (Emote Overload): Your Ryzen 5 7600X spikes in temperature (up to 70°C+) because the extension tries to process nearly 1,000 animated emotes at once when loading a VOD.

Script Blockage: Crucial Twitch scripts (assets) fail to load, leading to the "Module not loading" error in chat and causing the site to hang.

Driver Crashes: These software loops likely trigger the "Green Screen" crashes and network driver resets (Event ID 7000) we saw earlier.

Key Examples from Logs

Error: Cross-Origin Request Blocked ... Status: 503 (Network loop).

Error: FFZ [chat.emotes]: Loaded emote set #addon.seventv_emotes.channel: Channel Emotes (975 emotes, 0 filtered)(CPU/RAM stress).

Error: Loading failed for <script> ... assets.twitch.tv (Site broken).

after that do chrome://restart

#

and check if the issue persists

#

also the issues that AI told you are not true, most AIs are very suggestive to what you tell them and will try to solve issues that really don't matter

#

(for example 70°C+ is normal for CPU under load)
