Can't do first time set up

Just got this program. Went through most of configuration on the customize your exprience page, but when I got to the "Are you a streamer?" question and hit yes, it just gets stuck on a blank screen. Compatibility is also bugged out as in it doesn't show me the compatibility options on anything

I cannot even access the application until it thinks I have completed onboarding

you can access all these options on either twitch or kick, onboarding doesn't have any special settings

not sure what you mean by that tho

and you see everything in compatibility tab, it just tells you which extensions might cause issues with the 7tv extension (in your case bttv)
