hi so my account is connected to another and i’m not sure how to fix it it’s causing multiple issues-

ok issues again

  1. this 7tv profile https://7tv.app/users/01HJJ19X5G000BYEJVE2JB2P7J is from his old account https://www.twitch.tv/followflowtivess and is linked to his current account https://www.twitch.tv/flowtives because of username change.
  2. flowtives is connected to leahspidey and leahspidey profile is connected to current flowtives account.
  3. there’s a limit on how many emotes can be added to the flowtives channel set

i’ve disconnected and reconnected my account from twitch, uninstalled and reinstalled, and logged out everywhere and nothing is working 😭 i cannot click the disconnect button on either account it doesn’t let me

i have no idea how this happened genuinely i’m an editor for his account and i mightve logged onto my account on his computer à while ago but this first happened ober à year ago so im unsure

You can try asking for help with an unmerge and post the 7TV links of the profiles that need to be linked/unlinked here: #1204296851541467157 message and someone will be able to assist you there

and the old flowtives account is linked to the right account (followflowtivess), the username on the 7tv account just hasn't updated, because they haven't logged in after the username change

no, loggong in will only change the name shown on 7tv, it won't change what account it's linked to

and then the removed person can create a new 7tv account
