It was removed once, and you've re-uploaded the emote - so you've got upload-restricted.

Seems like the system perma upload-restricted you even for ban evading.

Did you upload something else with an alt-account?

I currently can't do anything about it - there's a minimum of four weeks, but ban evasion is usually perma.

i didnt even know it was a ¨ban¨ i was able to use the account

You only got upload-restricted - worse things can get people noPerms.

That would be a real ban.
