#Failed to load module

Is this known error? It started 2-3 weeks ago. When extension is not enabled I don't get any message like that. It appears 3-4 min after opening any stream.

It's annoying because blocks last 4-5 messages at bottom.

If yes, can you share list of your active browser extensions? chrome://extensions

I tried with new profile only 7tv. Maybe twitch rolling some a/b testing because ui elements which should be hidden also half visible or has notification purple things on UI
