requirements for personal use emotes

I keep wondering about an emote disapproved for personal use and tried to find threads or reddit posts about requirements and rules to follow when requesting.

I don't want to challenge the disapproval but would really appreciate knowing what caused it in the first place and what guidelines to follow for requesting emotes for personal use in the future.

wide emotes are fine as long as they are not obnoxiously wide (3:1)

not allowed for personal use:
⁨```-ANY sexually suggestive, lewd emotes, including poggies. (amongus twerking emotes are fine)

-An animated emote which changes rapidly, such as each frame being wildly different from the previous or having a very high framerate that may otherwise cause significant distraction. Changing colours with low brightness are fine.

-Emotes referencing hard alcohol, drugs, or any other substance. Note that meme emotes or cheers emotes are allowed

-Any emotes depicting violence (cartoon gun and knife emotes are fine, as long as there is no blood)

-Hateful or provocative emotes

-Controversial or any emotes that may cause an argument or "chat-war"

-Pointing to bodily harm for oneself or others (including emotes like "LowTierGod lightning")

-Wide personal emotes are allowed, as long as they aren't obnoxiously wide (3:1)```⁩
