The channel/sub emotes for the channel you are watching arent loading in 7tv emote menu, sub emotes from other channels do load. Also the auto complete at chat input doesnt load them either. This is with only 7tv as extension enabled. Screenshots are from the viewpoint of watching the tinyspark stream. Also happens on other channels.
