Hello.
I had the problem first with google chrome. First 7TV works for months/years but now, it doesnt work on twitch. I uninstalled chrome and installed opera gx. It worked for few days but now, it doesnt work neither.
I tried using cloudflare and WARP but it seems it doesnt work...
7tv.io tells me: {"message":"Welcome to the 7TV API!","version":"0.1.0",...}

can you open your console with Ctrl + Shift + I > Console and enable all levels, search for 7tv and show what you get

try indexDB.deleteDatabase("seventv") in the browser console (this will also reset your settings)
and do Ctrl + Shift + R after to fully reload the page

Okay i got a solution.... Idk why it works now (already tried but not today) but i just cleared my cache and my browser history
for now it works

clearing that most likely deleted broken db which got rebuilt
no clue what triggers this issue, but shouldn't happen again

i hope so, it now lasts around 1-2 weeks before i got this problem again. Last time i swapped from chrome to opera
