Whenever I have my mouse on top of confirm it has a red stop sign as if.

I'm logged in on the account and everything.

u have to first either make a emote set to add it to , or if u already have one select it , and then press confirm ,

if theres no set selected it will always show a Stop sign

once ur there u go to , emote sets, and then the white button create emote set

now when u go back to the emote u want to add, when u press ADD to , it should let u select ur set
