I've been looking at other threads here and noticed that when I enter https://events.7tv.io/, I get "Error 1200 This website has been temporarily rate limited". Perhaps these are related?

if the issue is only that you're not getting live updates for cosmetics/emotes then yes, that is an issue on our side if you see this error
nothing more u can do but wait
but if the images are failing to load, then that's probably other issue

I don't get why this issue would be exclusive to firefox, can you try going to https://7tv.app/emotes/new on edge or any other chromium browser?
and check if some emotes will fail to load

I scrolled forever on both Chrome and Edge and everything works fine

can you try on firefox too? maybe some emotes from the channel you sent ss from were cached in this bad state
