Personal Emotes taking several days to approve

Hi, i tried adding personal emotes, but they are all "pending personal use review" for over a week now. I have contacted the support via mail, but whoever answered my e-mail was unfortunately not very friendly or helpful. They told me to provide my user ID so they can have a deeper look, i did provide my user ID and got as a reply "Again, I can't do anything about this. Especially since you did not provide me with the emotes." I was never asked to provide any emotes and this is seriously upsetting me, because i have paid real money for this and i don't get what i paid for.

I will try to go through personal queue today.
As to your response on help.7tv.app, that was true and person answering ur ticket couldn't do anything about it. When you add emote to personal set and it was not verified in that matter by moderators yet - it goes into personal use queue. You need to wait for a mod to review it, nothing more can be done here
