When I go to pin a message this popup comes up and makes pinning a message much harder as the second a new chat message comes in the popup disappears. Is there a way to disable this so I can pin messages immediately without this "are you sure" popup?

Did you try searching in the 7tv twitch settings?
You can search for “pinned” and it might pop up

I have, nothing comes up relating to this popup.
I don't think it'd be in FFZ/BTTV as this is only happening cos of the 7TV extension

I added an option to disable this in one of my prs. Once it’s merged you’ll be able to toggle it off
