Hello 7TV Support Team,

I am writing to request a refund for a subscription renewal that occurred on December 30th.

Unfortunately, I forgot to disable the auto-renewal setting, and the subscription was charged accidentally. I have not used any of the subscription benefits since the renewal and would like to get my money back.
