i try to make my own wide emote, i want to recreate this emote, but using my own face. i have the stretched image and the hand gesture GIF but i cannot find a site or software to make it. i know Canva but you need the premium option to get a custom pixel choice. i want a free option (i'm broke) thanks.

I usually use davinci Resolve for my animated emotes. It's a bit overkill and might need some time to learn to use, but it's really powerful and free
