When redeeming subscription code it says that I already have a sub but on my 7TV store page it says that I'm not subscribed and my progress is 132%
How do I fix it?

can you go here https://7tv.app/settings to Billing and check if you have any overdue payments? If you do, you can't redeem the code until they're paid

I have a failed payment on my billing page though I remember that I did canceled my subscription before renewal date. It says on billing page "Cancels Jan 29, 2026" even when I don't have any subscription.
