You can try the things from the pinned comment from here https://discord.com/channels/817075418054000661/1448357756905062411
I already tried it, but it didn't work.
yea
Is that a problem?
WARP worked for me but it's not ideal
YEA
Yea, in the thread I linked we saw quite a few people from Argentina reporting issues. Some of the latest messages in there might help you
I tried WARP, but it didn't work for me and on top of that my internet connection was cut off. I panicked because I thought I had been hacked.
Most likely it's some ISPs blocking 7TV
No idea unfortunately

@sweet idol Sorry for the ping, but Chatterino isn't working for me either.
Like in general or just emotes
Oh, yeah, it's probably same issue. Basically the connection to the 7TV servers from your location gets blocked. So it won't matter if you use 7TV, FFZ or Chatterino, the 7TV emotes won't load
Dns change I’m guessing chris?
YES
Apart from using warp there's unfortunately not much you can do. You could try contacting your ISP but other than that, all you can do is wait
Try it just in case, but it didn't work for me.
Not in this case unfortunately, it's a different Problem
yay Kira gonna save the day
It says an IP address, you're not doxing me, right?
it will say your router local ip (the top one, which can't be accessed from outside, you can censor it if you want to) and 7tv ip below
I mean that’s correct
And if warp didn’t work for you.. I have no idea
Just contact your isp and see why it’s being blocked
can you do the same for cdn.7tv.app ?
and what happens if you go to https://cdn.7tv.app in your browser
- Press Win + R
- Type ncpa.cpl → Enter
- Right-click your active network (Wi-Fi / Ethernet) → Properties
- Disable IPv6 (not sure how it is named in english) temporarily (uncheck it and press OK)
and check if https://cdn.7tv.app/ works
it might say something like Internet Protocol version 6 (TCP/IPv6)
most likely it is your isp blocking 7tv cdn but weird it doesn't work with warp
The IPv6 returned normaly as well it’s those 2606:xxx numbers at the top
besides using an actual traditional vpn I don’t know what else you can do
