Hello when i open 7tv on twitch chat it shows no emote available. i tried the the chrome restart function in the tab it worked for 2 min and after i went to another streamer it was again the same no emotes when i opoen 7tv on twitch chat.

I'm also having issues with emotes not showing through FFZ. In DevTools, I see a bunch of 403 errors for requests to 7tv.io. Strangely, if I navigate to the URLs directly, they work fine, so there's some issue with making cross-origin requests to 7tv.io.

On firefox make sure you have Use System DNS checked under network and ‘dns over https’ settings

If you don’t want to change your DNS you can wait but unsure how long it’ll take your ISP to update the new route

I just contacted my ISP, and they said they don't know what's the issue. The support person said they can't reach the cdn site either, and that is not an issue related to them because I can't access on mobile data either. So I guess we just have to wait for some kind of magic to fix it, or keep using WARP

This is almost 100% a issue with your isp’s network which I’ve been temporarily resolving for almost everyone here

So your issue is your IP is blocked by cloudflare as a false flag. This ususally happens every now and then to lots of people. VPN like WARP will work completly fine. After a couple of days max 3 or 4. It'll come back to normal without a VPN

They are not blocking 7tv, the routing tables are not updated. Try running "tracert cdn.7tv.app" in windows and you'll see the issue here. The nslookup command gives you the correct IP so its not a block

If you're still having problems that DNS fix did work for me and I use chrome too. I tried several recommended fixes to do with chromes settings and unfortunately none of them worked for me, can't promise this fix will solve your problem but it can help chrome users

Hello, I am having a similar issue but the emotes show up fine on one stream but the channel I want them to show up on, the app says I have no favorites.

I had the streamer check their plugins on streamlabs and I saw 7tv was enabled. Is there another setting that they need to enable?
