Hello!
I need help regarding a gift subscription I purchased on 7TV.

I paid for a gift subscription, the money was taken from my account, but the person I gifted it to did not receive anything.
Also, when I try to access https://7tv.app/dashboard, I only get a “Not Found” page.

Here are my details:

My 7TV username: MARIOSTEFAN

Login method: Kick

Gift recipient: raionthego

Date & time of payment: 8.12.2025, 20:39

Payment method: Revolut

I can provide proof of payment if needed.

Could you please check the transaction and either apply the gift subscription correctly or let me know what went wrong?
