Hey. Really sorry about this, I know I'm not really supposed to ask here and way too many people flood the queue with questions about getting their emotes approved, but I'm not sure where else to ask. It's been over 4 months at this point, so I thought maybe it slipped through the cracks somehow? I've also had a different emote approved since, so I'm not entirely sure what happened.

This is the emote in question:

Pretty sure it doesn't break TOS or anything, so if anyone could take a look at it sometime that would be amazing. Thanks :)

Hey.

In general:

"Animated emotes which change rapidly, such as each frame being different from the previous or having a very high frame rate that may otherwise cause significant distraction. --> Unlist
Changing colors with low brightness are fine to list."

Most probably it was just a moderator's decision to not approve it for public listing, due to it being a bit too flashy.
Nothing to do, whether it against TOS or not - if an emote is against TOS, it gets deleted, and/or the user gets upload restricted.

Oh, okay. Pretty sure a bunch of other people have uploaded the same scene from that episode of Dandadan as emotes since then without issue, so that's a little surprising. Oh well, I might as well use one of those. Was just hoping to use mine because the cut between scenes is a little awkward on the other ones. Thanks anyways, sorry again for the inconvenience.
