Trouble with free trial

So when I try to
Enter in the code for the free trial it takes me to the checkout but says I already have a subscription active when I don’t

There appears to be a delay, so please give it a few hours and it should start working

This error means you subscribed to 7TV but didn't pay. And when stripe tries to activate the nymn's one. It doesn't allow it hence the other one isn't paid.

Is this your case?

Please everyone here having the same issue. head to https://7tv.app/settings and check your billing details. If you have an overdue payment. Code won't work unless that payment is paid. That's how Stripe works.

hey, quick question, do i really have to paid if my last (or all of them) subs were free? is there another solution to claim de nymn's sub?

i cancel the subs before the subs expired date tho, but stripe keep charging the card which has no money has hence the failed. a next question then, if i paid that means i have an active subs and if i apply the nnys free subs is it going to work? do my subs is 2 months then? 1 paid 1 free

You still have to cancel it in that page for it to not charge again basically.

Usually if you already have a sub. the sub will count for next month if I'm not mistaken.

But make sure to do it before the new sub is due if you don't want to have an overdue unpayed subscription

But yea you can't redeem the code unless you pay the overdue one. Sadly that's how Stripe works
