i realized 7tv wasnt on twitch so i refreshed the paged (that usually works) but didnt load so i reïnstalled the extentsion but still wouldnt show up

@fathom crater Hello my friend. I had the same problem yesterday, try this.
The problem stemmed from a corrupted Indexed Database Twitch folder.
Close ALL Chrome windows. Fully. Then navigate to your IndexedDB folder which should be at
C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default\IndexedDB , which you can access by doing Win+R and typing appdata, then just navigating through all those folders. You will see a bunch of folders for extensions etc. Youre looking for anything Twitch and 7TV related, something like "https_id.twitch.tv_0.indexeddb.leveldb". Delete all of those folders and NOTHING else. If a folder gives errors when deleting just restart your Pc and it should be gone. When you open Chrome it will rebuild the storages and it should be fixed. Mine has worked nicely so far.
