Hi, im on Win11, newest chrome version, checked 7tv compatibility via the 7tc addon, 7tv normal or nightly, doesnt make it different.
Did the F12 inspect thing and delete the data, worked till the next refresh/new twitch tab i opened. Few days back deleted twitch cookies, problem was back within the same day.
Is there any info i can provide or anything so we can figure out where the issue is.

Are you having multiple twitch tabs open?
Or do you mean after you close twitch and reopen another tab this occurs

lets say i already have a tab open and open another on my 2. screen this occurs but the problem from the not showing paints occurs also when i freshly start pc/chrome.
strg-f5 sometimes helped but more then often it just doesnt show any paints

So when you have multiple Twitch tabs open, cosmetics and emotes tend to break — but it can usually be fixed with a simple
chrome://restart in the browser.
If you do like to have multiple tabs open I recommend 7tv chatterino

Okay, but i also watch alot in just a single tab and it is no difference if 2 tabs or 1.
i just restarted, cleared cookies, loaded 1 stream, no paints loading
if you want any idk logs from my chrome or whatsoever then i more then happy to help
downloading an app from github seems not to be the solution to this problem

It’s a temporary solution since it’ll show both paints and emotes in any streamers chat you go to

would you say 7tv works better in firefox?
Ehh it’s hard to say really since 7tv isn’t really Mozilla approved? I think the site itself for sure runs better

You would have to download the xpi file from the site and then add it into the extensions
It also doesn’t auto update I don’t believe

Ctrl shift c and type 7tv into the filter
I’ve always known this to be a bug caused by having multiple tabs open, so I’m not really sure if there’s a guaranteed fix? — besides just fully restarting Chrome with chrome://restart

Oh it didn’t fix the issue?
If it’s just not loading emotes you can try /refresh in the chat box
But if 7tv doesn’t appear at all then it’s a bigger issue
