Twitchcon Paint not recieved

So me and my Friend Arc , both didnt get the TC paint , we both played the Jump game on the Tablets at TC , adriel talked TO arc while i was playing and he remembered , my username is (grimmmommy) on twitch and his is (arc00749) , both of the pfp were blank while entering the username on the tablet but they said it should be fine ? , so any chance someone can look at this ? ty Mods
