I can’t redeem the code for the free month + animated paint because Stripe thinks I already have a subscription, even though I don’t. My previous subscription ended on October 14th. On top of that, even though I canceled it, Stripe is still trying to charge me.

It’s likely that someone from 7tv support needs to cancel it manually, but I haven’t received a response since yesterday.
